About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements specifically in the Mutual Fund domain.
- Prepare detailed functional documentation including FSD, Use Cases, User Manuals, as well as test scenarios and cases.
- Coordinate across Development, QA, Support teams through the SDLC and conduct product demonstrations to clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of hands-on Business Analyst or Requirement Analyst experience.
- Strong and hands-on experience in the Mutual Fund domain is mandatory.
- Good understanding of SDLC and strong skills in requirement gathering and analysis.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio/Draw.io, and issue tracking tools like JIRA or Mantis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced BA who can independently manage end-to-end requirement lifecycle in Mutual Fund projects.
- Operational focus on translating complex business needs into functional solutions with clear documentation.
- Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders and support cross-functional teams throughout project delivery.
