About This Role
- Lead development and operationalization of scalable trust and safety policy solutions across AI monetization platforms.
- Define and evolve policy frameworks, reviewer guidelines, and enforcement mechanisms to improve ecosystem safety and quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Policy teams to drive AI/ML-powered moderation and risk mitigation systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years in Product Management, Trust & Safety, Policy Operations, Risk Management, or related domains.
- Experience developing and operationalizing policies or business rules in complex, scalable environments.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale policy enforcement, labeling operations, and quality assurance programs supporting AI/ML moderation.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments and lead cross-team initiatives impacting customer safety and business outcomes.
- Skilled in translating complex policy and operational problems into scalable solutions leveraging AI, human review, and data insights.
