About This Role
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting activities for the IT organization including LRP, AOP, quarterly forecasts, monthly close, and variance analysis.
- Partner closely with IT leaders and global delivery cost center owners to drive financial reviews, investment evaluation, and cost optimization.
- Drive finance process improvements and automation, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 5-10 years experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance.
- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Experience in people leadership and driving finance process improvements and automation.

- Experienced finance business partner with a background supporting IT finance, technology, or shared services environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, evaluate investments, and implement cost optimization strategies.
