About This Role
- Lead end-to-end development and digital transformation of the Silpasathi State Single Window portal, focusing on web applications, APIs, CMS, and government digital services.
- Provide technical oversight and review for Node.js, React.js, and Drupal-based applications, including architecture, APIs, workflows, and deliverables.
- Manage coordination with government stakeholders, system integrators, development teams, and oversee UAT, deployment, production support, issue resolution, and project reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, IT consulting, or digital transformation with at least 6+ years in software/project leadership.
- Strong experience with Node.js, React.js, Drupal, REST APIs, and web application development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech.); MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Location: Kolkata
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in government/public sector projects, preferably with Single Window, G2B, or G2G services and eGovernance.
- Comfortable managing cross-functional teams including system integrators in complex technology projects.
- Skilled operator in Agile, DevOps, cloud technologies, and stakeholder management in a regulated government environment.
