Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or MBA required; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred; ITIL certification is advantageous.
Strong understanding of Manufacturing business processes, including Purchasing, Sales, and Finance.
Experienced in managing large-scale programs/projects in enterprise IT with Managed Services focus on Infrastructure and/or SAP.
Capable of leading and influencing senior executives including CXOs and CEOs to translate business goals into effective IT service delivery.
Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management relevant to IT service and project environments.
