About This Role
- Source and engage passive technical talent for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across North America with focus on niche technical skills.
- Develop and execute targeted Boolean and advanced search strategies across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized job boards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build creative sourcing solutions and conduct candidate screening to ensure right fit for technical positions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting or research experience.
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems for sourcing and candidate management.
- Work Location: Bangalore; Shift Timing: 6:00 pm - 3:00 am IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain knowledge in Data Center operations, critical facilities, and IT/Infrastructure roles including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experienced in sourcing passive talent through advanced Boolean search and diverse online sourcing channels for technical roles.
- Capable of handling both niche and high-volume hiring with experience in tech hiring events and community engagement.
