Minimum Requirements
7+ years software engineering experience, including 4+ years in distributed systems and backend architecture.
Proficiency in system-level languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript and experience with full-stack development (React frontend and backend APIs).
Experience building production AI systems including LLM orchestration, multi-agent architectures, and evaluation of AI model behaviors.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and shipping scalable AI orchestration platforms with a builder mindset owning end-to-end product impact.
Comfortable working across backend (Python, C#) and frontend (React, TypeScript) stacks in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with rapid prototyping.
Strong analytical skills to measure and improve real-world system quality and reliability using imperfect signals and customer feedback.
