Working knowledge of UK/Irish EIA and consenting regimes (e.g., DCO, Section 36) and/or international frameworks such as IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles.
Experienced in delivering socio-economic assessments for major infrastructure consenting processes or international ESIA frameworks.
Skilled in quantitative and qualitative research using public datasets (Census, ONS, Nomis, etc.) and applying HM Treasury Green Book principles for economic appraisal.
Demonstrated ability to manage discrete workstreams, plan resources, review quality, and liaise confidently with clients in a global consulting delivery environment.
