About This Role
- Manage end-to-end post-trade operations for multiple products including FX, rates derivatives, options, fixed income, and money markets in the GIFT City branch.
- Own service delivery, controls, regulatory compliance, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and straight-through processing.
- Lead, coach, and develop operations team; partner with trading, technology, risk, and compliance to resolve issues and implement automation and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in markets operations, post-trade, middle office, or trade support with lifecycle ownership of relevant products.
- Proven people leadership experience including coaching and performance management.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 15 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in regulated markets environments, preferably with knowledge of India and emerging markets.
- Demonstrated success in delivering operations efficiency improvements, automation, and operational risk control enhancements.
- Ability to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders and manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
