About This Role
- Own and manage regional logistics KPI framework including DOT, COTA, COD, DRM, TPW to monitor logistics cost, productivity, and vendor performance.
- Lead transportation and warehousing improvement projects, logistics digitization, analytics initiatives, and support warehouse migration and network optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Distribution, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure logistics compliance, governance, and successful project delivery aligned with strategic goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain or project management with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 7-10 years in supply chain management or project management.

- Experienced in managing regional logistics KPIs and vendor/contract management within supply chain operations.
- Skilled in leading supply chain improvement, digitization, and analytics projects with a focus on process optimization and cost control.
- Able to work cross-functionally and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Procurement, Distribution, Finance, and Operations to drive project success.
