About This Role
- Lead and manage mission-critical Production Support engagements within a 24x7 support environment ensuring operational excellence and SLA adherence.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes including root cause analysis and preventive actions to maintain high application availability and business continuity.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, client relationships, vendors, and stakeholders while leading service improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Production Support or Service Delivery leadership roles.
- Mandatory skills include Scrum (PL4), Enterprise and Business Architecture (PL3), Change Management (PL3), and Agile Safe (PL4).
- Work Location: Hyderabad, India.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years as specified in the job description.
