Experienced leader skilled in managing large warehouse teams and contract workforce for operational productivity.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and implement continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Strong operational focus on inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and timely delivery aligned with organizational goals.
