About This Role
- Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle management across US and global portfolios, including onboarding, sourcing, contract management, risk assessments, performance, and renewals.
- Maintain and report dashboards and trackers for vendor renewals, risks, and spend to support leadership decisions and operational hygiene.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Information Security, Compliance, Finance, IT, and business teams to ensure compliance and governance adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-9 years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or similar analyst role supporting multi-vendor, multi-entity portfolios.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, advanced Excel, and dashboarding platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Working knowledge of CLM tools, P2P/onboarding tools, and third-party risk management (TPRM/GRC) tools.
- Experience maintaining vendor renewal trackers and coordinating across regions/time zones as part of distributed teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-entity vendor portfolios with strategic and operational rigor.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills to translate vendor and spend data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Experience operating in matrixed environments involving Legal, Compliance, IT, and Finance functions across multiple geographies.
