About This Role
- Own end-to-end financial management for Real Estate and Facilities Management (REFM) in India, including budget planning, forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
- Manage contracts and agreements related to facilities services such as lease, security, M&E, and vendor operations ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead backend facility operations, vendor coordination, MIS management, audit compliance, and support execution of workplace events for multiple offices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (full-time) from a recognized college.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate facilities management, especially in backend operations, financial management, and MIS.
- Mandatory experience in Facility Management industry, specifically in soft services for medium and large offices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools; proven experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

- Skilled in contract administration, vendor management, and compliance with statutory regulations and audits.
