Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience primarily as a MySQL DBA.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields (BSc/BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/MS/MTech).
MySQL Administrator Certification preferred; ITIL certification desirable.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with MySQL replication, InnoDB clusters, Percona tools, and PostgreSQL cluster management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing high availability MySQL and PostgreSQL database clusters and troubleshooting complex DB environments.
Skilled in performance optimization, backup/recovery, and database capacity planning for large-scale deployments.
Capable of handling database operations under pressure while maintaining collaboration within technical teams.
