About This Role
- Ensure financial compliance and control in plant operations, including managing internal controls and monthly book closures.
- Prepare, finalize, and monitor plant operational budgets in SAP, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Conduct cost variance analyses, reconcile general ledger balances, coordinate audits, and provide taxation support for plant operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant operations.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO module and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Educational qualification: CA/ CWA/ MBA (Finance) preferred; Commerce Graduate/ CA (Inter)/ ICWA also eligible.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years in finance, preferably manufacturing or plant operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in finance roles within manufacturing or plant operations environments.
- Skilled in using SAP FICO for financial planning, control, and reporting processes.
- Able to handle operational financial accounting tasks with a focus on compliance, budgeting, and cost analysis.
