About This Role
- Own and operate regional infrastructure including Microsoft Azure cloud, on-premises datacenters, network and security equipment in the Asia region.
- Participate in incident management, support global IT operations, and improve infrastructure reliability, security, automation, and efficiency.
- Act as local technical presence for Noida office and datacenters, providing hands-on support for infrastructure, network, and end-user devices including datacenter hardware installations and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, network, or cloud engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be able to work hybrid in Noida with occasional onsite presence in Bangalore datacenter; reside within reasonable travel distance.
- Strong practical experience with Windows Server, Linux admin, Microsoft Azure, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), network and firewall administration, VPN technologies, and security incident response.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise-grade cloud and on-premises infrastructure with significant ownership of network and datacenter operations in a regional or distributed environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, development, security teams, and vendor coordination, handling incident response and security compliance (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Operates well in a lean, agile, and dynamic environment requiring hands-on technical skills and the ability to independently resolve complex infrastructure issues.
