About This Role
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable cloud-native observability platform software solutions using modern architectures and technologies.
- Own end-to-end feature delivery including requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software defects and performance issues; build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerized Kubernetes deployments to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native, distributed software systems.
- Engineering Degree required.
- Hands-on experience with Golang, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, containerization, and backend service development including REST/gRPC APIs and event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar).
- Experience with observability and monitoring technologies, CI/CD, DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitOps, Helm, and container-based deployment pipelines.

- Experienced in cloud-native microservices and distributed system development with strong ownership from design through deployment and operational support.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable solutions.
- Familiarity or interest in AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity solutions to accelerate software delivery and improve quality.
