About This Role
- Lead technical design and development of scalable enterprise applications using .NET 8, Microservices, React, and Azure.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture, design patterns, and oversee CI/CD and cloud deployment (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide team in AI-assisted development tools usage.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET 8+, C#, REST APIs, Microservices, React, Redux, SQL Server, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD.
- Degree in BE/ME/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with Azure PaaS services (App Services, Functions, AKS, API Management) and security standards (OAuth, JWT, Azure AD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of architecture design and hands-on coding in full stack .NET and React environments.
- Comfortable leading cloud-native application development and implementing modern DevOps practices in Azure ecosystem.
- Skilled in improving code quality and team productivity through mentoring and AI-assisted development tools integration.
