About This Role
- Lead UX/UI design and strategy for Metrologic DCS product portfolio including MLM Platform, Metrolog Suite, and 3DCS software.
- Develop end-to-end user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes and design system for industrial manufacturing software ensuring consistency across multiple applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, application specialists, and customers to optimize industrial workflows and usability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing workflows and interfaces for complex B2B or industrial software environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven technical knowledge with Figma and UI/UX design tools.
- Fluent English communication skills; French language skill is a plus.
