About This Role
- Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and availability of critical banking, payments, and capital markets platforms.
- Design and maintain monitoring, automation, and Infrastructure as Code solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce incident impact.
- Lead incident management, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service-level objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Operations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and scripting (Python, Bash).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying SRE practices and reliability engineering in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Comfortable working with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Able to perform operational readiness assessments, incident root cause analysis, and optimize platform stability in complex environments.
