About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Qt/QML-based automotive HMI applications.
- Mentor and guide a development team ensuring quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
- Serve as primary technical liaison with customer and Qt stakeholders, and drive Agile practices within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Qt/QML and C++ (Qt 5.5 or Qt 6 mandatory).
- Proven experience leading or guiding development teams in software projects.
- Work Experience Required: Up to 8 years.
- Location: Pune (100% onsite).

- Experienced in automotive HMI or embedded system software development with deep Qt/QML expertise.
- Demonstrates strong architectural and solution design skills in technical leadership roles.
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers and stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment.
