About This Role
- Lead architecture and technical direction for complex, scalable full-stack systems using React, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Own end-to-end delivery and operational performance of high-impact, production-grade features and subsystems.
- Mentor engineers, enforce engineering standards, and coordinate across squads to resolve cross-team technical dependencies and risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 11-16 years work experience in software engineering roles with senior/lead responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or equivalent.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.
