About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications and APIs within payments or fintech ecosystems.
- Lead architecture discussions and technical design decisions supporting complex payment platform integrations.
- Drive software development lifecycle activities in agile teams including coding, code reviews, technical documentation, and production issue troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Proven strong full stack development skills with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (Java, Node.js, Python).
- Experience in payments domain or related financial services sectors required.
- Location: Pune with hybrid work mode.

- Experienced professional familiar with payments, banking, fintech, or financial services technology and ecosystems.
- Technical lead comfortable working in agile teams, collaborating across product, architecture, QA, and DevOps functions.
- Proficient in modern cloud-native development, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding best practices.
