Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis), containerization and Kubernetes, software design patterns, MSM, DevOps, observability, and Domain Driven Design.
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams of 6-10 engineers in an Agile scaled environment.
Deep technical knowledge in backend architecture, performance optimization, and enterprise software integration patterns aligned to telecommunications domain.
Comfortable working collaboratively across distributed cross-functional teams and handling production support at Level 4 (L4) engineering.
