Experience with CRM Functional Modules including Field Service and Project Service; familiarity with SSRS and CRM Reporting.
Experienced project and team leader with a track record of managing client communications and successful delivery in Dynamics 365 environments.
Technically proficient in architecture design and scalable coding practices for enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Comfortable working in SDLC-driven environments with strong understanding of CRM functional and technical domains, Azure services, and DevOps pipelines.
