About This Role
- Design and implement technical architecture aligned with functional design for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Lead project delivery by managing teams, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to standards, and improving existing code quality.
- Develop scalable customizations using .NET, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure tools, and reporting solutions in line with specifications.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365, with at least 2 years in development and leading projects/teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or MCA or equivalent in Computer Science.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform (scripting, plugins, workflows, SDK), Power Apps, PCF Controls, Azure DevOps, and .NET C# programming (MVC, Web API).
- Experience with CRM Functional Modules including Field Service and Project Service; familiarity with SSRS and CRM Reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced project and team leader with a track record of managing client communications and successful delivery in Dynamics 365 environments.
- Technically proficient in architecture design and scalable coding practices for enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Comfortable working in SDLC-driven environments with strong understanding of CRM functional and technical domains, Azure services, and DevOps pipelines.
