About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, deployment, and scaling of autonomous AI agents executing CFO finance workflows such as accounts payable, reconciliation, and month-end close.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems including SAP, handling process execution, error recovery, auditability, and approval workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.
- Build and maintain evaluation frameworks, memory systems, and scale AI workflows focusing on latency, throughput, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software/ML engineering experience, including 2+ years building and shipping LLM-based AI agent systems in production.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML development, memory & context strategies for LLM agents, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise system integration, specifically SAP or ERP, and cloud-native deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior engineer with proven experience in deploying multi-step autonomous AI agents performing real actions on enterprise finance workflows.
- Strong background in LLM model operation, agent orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph), and building scalable, reliable AI systems with audit and control mechanisms.
- Familiarity with finance domain concepts such as accounting, ERP/SAP integration, and compliance workflows is preferred for strategic fit.
