About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of at least two Claims agile development teams supporting new capabilities, maintenance, and technical upgrades.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, optimize team velocity and quality, manage backlog health, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Partner with Product Owners, vendor teams, and application teams; oversee resource planning and financial management for teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience managing Agile team structures (Scrum/Kanban) within SAFe framework.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and Agile techniques including User Stories, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development.
- Experience with agile tools such as Rally and Jira.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple Agile teams within Claims or related business domains, demonstrating servant leadership and stakeholder influence.
- Proficient in aligning Agile delivery with enterprise business models and able to drive continuous improvement and team maturity.
- Capable of handling complex project environments involving vendor integrations, resource planning, and financial oversight.
