About This Role
- Lead and manage an enterprise-wide AI-Enabled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) pilot initiative.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered development tools and autonomous coding agents across software engineering lifecycle.
- Establish scalable AI-enabled SDLC practices to improve productivity, software quality, testing, documentation, and engineering efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI or LLM implementation.
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI coding assistants and autonomous agent tools (e.g., Cline, OpenCode, SpecKit, MCP-enabled Agent Tools).
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in Software Engineering with 2+ years in Generative AI / LLM implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving adoption and enablement of AI tools within software teams in large or enterprise environments.
- Capable of defining governance, security, and risk management practices related to AI in software engineering.
- Strong focus on measurable improvements in productivity, code quality, maintainability, and cost efficiency through AI-enabled processes.
