About This Role
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications extensively using AI-assisted development tools and practices throughout the software lifecycle.
- Lead complex incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes for production issues to ensure application availability.
- Collaborate globally with team leads, business stakeholders, and IT teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions and maintain compliance with development and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or Master of Computer Applications.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience with AI-assisted coding, software testing, and development tools in enterprise application environments.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, Angular, APIs, and knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and DevOps practices like CI/CD and version control.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and supporting scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications with AI integration and generative AI trends.
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and provide effective AI-driven solutions within planning and supply chain domains.
- Capable of mentoring technical teams, leading discussions, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration for timely solution delivery.
