About This Role
- Lead end-to-end client AI & analytics programs combining hands-on data science, technical team management, and client engagement.
- Develop predictive machine learning models and design data science roadmaps to guide team deliverables and internal product initiatives.
- Manage client relationships, project delivery, and build technology strategy and scalable processes for faster turnaround and higher accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant machine learning experience.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning, or related technical field.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark, and experience with ML tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with ML algorithms (SVM, Random Forest, Neural Networks, etc.), statistical hypothesis testing, and client stakeholder management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex data science projects involving both structured and unstructured data across industries like Retail, Pharma, Banking, and Insurance.
- Capable of managing technical teams, allocating tasks based on skills and workload, and driving business results from large datasets.
- Skilled in client engagement with ability to act as trusted advisor and to build business cases for technology investments.
