About This Role
- Own and coordinate end-to-end product release processes across Development, Test, UAT and Production ensuring stable and predictable SaaS releases for the Stratpilot venture.
- Drive engineering coordination by tracking multi-component development progress, resolving technical blockers, and enforcing code-review, Git branching, and CI/CD discipline.
- Lead production incident management including severity assessment, hotfix deployment, root-cause analysis, and continuous release process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership in a production SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services for deployment, operation, monitoring and troubleshooting production SaaS applications.
- Expertise in GitHub repository management including branching strategies, pull requests, permissions, and GitHub Actions CI/CD automation.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and owning SaaS product releases end-to-end rather than only participating in release activities.
- Technically proficient across React, Python, REST APIs, relational databases, Git/GitHub and Google Cloud Platform with ability to be hands-on and perform code reviews.
- Capable of balancing leadership, coordination, and technical problem-solving to reduce engineering heroics and improve process maturity.
