About This Role
- Support design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs aligned to corporate priorities.
- Manage specific DE&I programs or workstreams end-to-end, including plans, timelines, risks, and execution.
- Use technology solutions (dashboards, portals, analytics) to embed DE&I into systems and leadership practices, tracking impact and driving adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, organizational development, technology, data, or related field.
- At least 2 years experience delivering DE&I, people, or organizational programs, preferably in a matrix environment.
- Proficiency in English mandatory.
- Strong program/project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in using digital platforms, data analytics, and emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance people and DE&I programs.
- Able to handle sensitive identity-related topics with psychological safety and respect for employee vulnerability.
- Skilled at translating strategy and data into clear guidance, tools, and communication across cultures and regions.
