Strong program/project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Experienced in using digital platforms, data analytics, and emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance people and DE&I programs.
Able to handle sensitive identity-related topics with psychological safety and respect for employee vulnerability.
Skilled at translating strategy and data into clear guidance, tools, and communication across cultures and regions.
