Sr Data Product Manager , Global SAP Analytics

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP Analytics data products, including strategy, design, delivery, and adoption to drive measurable business outcomes across McCormick.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Transformation & Technology and Global Business Solutions teams to establish a trusted, scalable SAP Analytics data foundation that supports global growth and enterprise value creation.

Define and monitor data product performance metrics, ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and enable stakeholder engagement through documentation and data enablement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or relevant field; candidates with strong SAP Analytics experience and data literacy may be considered without degree.

15+ years of experience in data product management, data strategy, or data governance in a complex/global organization.

12+ years of experience in SAP Analytics specifically within CPG, food, or manufacturing industries.

Proven track record managing end-to-end data product lifecycle with knowledge of data architecture, quality, metadata, governance, and Agile environments.

Senior-level professional with strategic orientation capable of connecting business context to technical execution and driving data product value realization.

Experienced in collaborating and influencing diverse stakeholders including IT, data engineering, and business functions to align and deliver data products.

Strong communicator able to articulate data product vision, progress, and value clearly to varied audiences while maintaining accountability for data trust and governance.
