Proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, CAT Tools, and Office 365/Skype.
Experienced in leading multi-stakeholder projects within linguistic validation or clinical outcomes assessments environment, demonstrating strong operational management skills.
Comfortable managing client communications and maintaining project documentation to ensure transparency and quality assurance.
Capable of training junior project managers and implementing process improvements within compliance frameworks.
