About This Role
- Own accurate and timely production and analysis of daily T+1 P&L including attribution and variance investigation with Front Office and Finance managers.
- Perform month-end close activities including SAP journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation and reporting aligning with MRP policy.
- Lead QA processes within team scope, review and update Standard Operating Procedures, and manage change initiatives with CTB/SME stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Finance professional: CA or MBA in Finance.
- 5-7 years of experience in core finance and accounting functions within an organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial market products including Bonds, OTC, Loans, and Listed Derivatives.
- Location: Must be based in Mumbai, India (role is located in DIPL Mumbai).

- Experienced in business finance roles within complex financial institutions, especially covering Product Control and Financial Control functions.
- Proficient with financial data systems, with demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools ethically and effectively for workflow optimization.
