About This Role
- Oversee and ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant treasury operations including cash management, FX, accounting, reporting, and technology enablement.
- Lead preparation of compliance and management reports, client relationship management, and team mentoring while driving operational excellence.
- Identify and implement treasury process improvements and automation initiatives; manage treasury transformation projects involving Treasury Management Systems like SAP and Kyriba.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years post-qualification experience in treasury operations with leadership roles in corporate or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Kyriba, Quantum) and banking portals.
- MBA, Master’s in Finance, or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Business.
- Willingness to work from Hyderabad office five days a week and flexible to work various shifts including night shifts as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end treasury operations and leading client engagements and teams.
- Experience with treasury transformation projects and implementing Treasury Management System optimizations.
- Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures and drive operational excellence in a consulting or corporate environment.
