About This Role
- Plan, implement and monitor Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) reforms across government departments focusing on process re-engineering, regulatory simplification, and digitisation.
- Coordinate with senior state officials, nodal officers, and district authorities to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of reforms.
- Monitor KPIs, service timelines, grievances; analyze data and provide regular reports and recommendations on reform outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; MBA or PGD in Business Management/Finance/Economics preferred.
- 10+ years total experience in eGovernance projects for Government-to-Business (G2B) and Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services.
- 6+ years experience in Government Advisory or Public Sector consulting with exposure to State/Central Government projects.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel including dashboards, MIS, and analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in eGovernance projects specifically in Ease of Doing Business domain with demonstrated ability to manage cross-departmental initiatives.
- Comfortable managing multi-level government stakeholder communications, coordination, and senior-level reporting/presentations.
- Experienced in technical reviews, risk assessments, and using data-driven insights to support government reform strategies.
