About This Role
- Partner with business teams, IT, and ServiceNow delivery teams to gather user stories, design solutions, and define requirements.
- Own creation of High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) from a functional and business perspective.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for process automation and optimization using ServiceNow capabilities, and recommend continuous improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, basic scripting, integration, and strong functional experience in Service Portals/ESC, Virtual Agent AI, Predictive Intelligence, Workspace, and Process Automation playbooks.
- Must have ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) experience; familiarity with ServiceNow foundational data models for multiple applications and best practices also required.
