About This Role
- Lead and support large-scale Digital Transformation and Public Sector programs including Digital Public Infrastructure and e-Governance initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end program activities: planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct business analysis and research to develop requirements, frameworks, operating models, and implementation strategies aligned with program objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, PMO leadership, or Digital Transformation within Government, Public Sector, or DPI programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, BBA, Management, or equivalent; MBA or equivalent degree also required.
- Experience working in Government, Public Sector, Development Sector or Multilateral Programs preferred.
- Location: Delhi.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex digital/public sector transformation or technology-enabled programs with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Able to independently lead workstreams, manage governance, and support program execution within government and public sector environments.
- Familiarity with policy implementation, ecosystem development, digital platforms, and change management in DPI or e-Governance contexts.
