About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution and coordination of payroll activities ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as first-level escalation point for complex payroll cases, guide L2 Specialists, and partner with SMEs/onshore teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to process improvements by analyzing audit trends, maintaining documentation, and supporting coverage planning during peak periods.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years payroll operations experience with strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with ability to analyze reports and identify trends.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in payroll operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex payroll exceptions and escalations independently with operational ownership.
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring team members with focus on quality and process adherence.
- Familiarity or preference for certifications like FPC/CPP and payroll systems such as Workday/MyTime.
