About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations enterprise solutions.
- Architect and implement complex CE modules including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Services with integrations to ERP and Azure services, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Drive reusable CE templates, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and mentor engineering teams to ensure delivery excellence and adherence to best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15+ years experience in ERP technologies with 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and customization.
- Proven experience as Technical Lead or Solution Architect in at least 8 full-cycle D365 CE implementations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules, Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus), Power Platform, and front-end frameworks such as React and Angular.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, environment management, and software development lifecycle including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expert-level technical leadership in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solution architecture with deep hands-on development and integration expertise.
- Experience managing complex enterprise-scale CRM/ERP implementations with cross-functional collaboration across product, integration, and cloud teams.
- Strong operational focus on reusable assets, automation using AI Builder and Copilot, and robust DevOps/release management processes.
