Experience managing engineering teams, vendors and critical MEP systems in corporate/MNC, commercial, technology or large campus environments preferred.
On-site work location in Bengaluru, KA; Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
Experienced in managing comprehensive technical facilities operations covering HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and energy management systems in large or corporate environments.
Proven team leadership and vendor management skills with ability to handle SLA/KPI-driven service delivery and statutory compliance audits.
Capable of managing capital projects and collaborating across multiple stakeholders including clients, security, EHS, and various workplace functions.
