About This Role
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including user accounts, hardware, software, backups, and security policies.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support and troubleshoot Windows systems, server, and network issues ensuring system availability.
- Oversee data centre operational tasks including server monitoring, UPS/power management, and compliance with security policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support, system administration, or basic data centre operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and basic networking concepts like TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and managing backups; virtualization and cloud platform experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in managing corporate IT infrastructure with hands-on troubleshooting and end-user support.
- Comfortable handling routine IT operations alongside disaster recovery and compliance in a data centre environment.
