About This Role
- Develop and maintain a centralized, persona-driven engagement model mapping teams, tools, processes, and change journeys across sub-LOBs with a 12-24 month outlook.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of efficiency and AI transformation use cases using standardized governance, Agile practices, and JIRA-based tracking.
- Lead Lean (DMAIC) deep-dives and cross-functional workstreams to deliver quantifiable process improvements with leadership alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in process excellence, transformation, program/project management, or operational strategy (financial services experience beneficial).
- Active development experience with Python, Pyspark, and Alteryx for building IS solutions.
- Experience with disciplined intake-to-delivery lifecycle management, including governance, dependency and risk management.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery practices and JIRA for project tracking, reporting, and dashboarding.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional, senior stakeholder-aligned transformation initiatives within financial services or similarly complex environments.
- Skilled in building and sustaining comprehensive repositories (golden resources) for transformation work to support strategic decision-making and adoption.
- Familiar with Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt/Black Belt or demonstrated DMAIC delivery experience) and working knowledge of intelligent automation and analytic platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
