Experienced in leading cross-functional, senior stakeholder-aligned transformation initiatives within financial services or similarly complex environments.
Skilled in building and sustaining comprehensive repositories (golden resources) for transformation work to support strategic decision-making and adoption.
Familiar with Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt/Black Belt or demonstrated DMAIC delivery experience) and working knowledge of intelligent automation and analytic platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
