About This Role
- Own end-to-end operational execution and performance for the assigned business area in Essentials group at Arvind Limited.
- Drive operational discipline, cross-functional alignment, and process consistency to meet business targets.
- Identify operational gaps, resolve bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen and lean manufacturing practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-20 years of work experience in operations or general management roles.
- Onsite location requirement: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
- Must have skills: operational management, cross-functional coordination, problem solving, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, Kaizen mindset, and lean manufacturing awareness.
- Work Experience Required: 12-20 Years.

- Experienced leader capable of individual contributor decision-making and quick issue resolution in complex operational environments.
- Strong capability to coordinate multiple internal teams and stakeholders for aligned execution.
