About This Role
- Own end-to-end client procurement program delivery including performance, compliance, and operational governance.
- Lead day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Provide leadership to delivery teams and oversee program-level metrics, training, and capacity planning.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years total work experience, including 5+ years in procurement processes.
- Prior management experience handling teams up to 10+ members at project level.
- Preferred Master’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain recommended (e.g., ISM, APICS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale procurement programs with demonstrated client and operational leadership.
- Strong procurement domain expertise including sourcing methodologies, RFX, and eSourcing.
- Skilled in program-level P&L, stakeholder management, and applying procurement best practices across client environments.
