About This Role
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand operational SOPs and VM guidelines across multiple stores.
- Plan and execute end-to-end inventory audits, focusing on reducing gross mismatches, shortages, and un-barcoded stock in assigned territory.
- Manage resolution of store maintenance issues, oversee cash-handling compliance, and ensure legal and statutory documentation are up to date.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of retail experience with emphasis on store operations.
- Must be a Graduate or hold an MBA degree.
- Field-based role requiring extensive travel and availability for night shifts during inventory audits.
- Experience in managing multi-store retail operations is mandatory.
