About This Role
- Lead and provide guidance to analysts within the Treasury ALM function, focusing on coaching, talent retention, and promoting risk excellence.
- Analyze impacts on corporate and material legal entity Net Interest Income (NII) forecasts and Interest Rate Risk (IRR) metrics under different balance sheet strategies.
- Report and analyze actual balance sheet, NII, and IRR trends to support month-end and quarter-end processes and respond to ad-hoc requests accurately and timely.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in financial services; Treasury experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in financial services
