About This Role
- Own and scale cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines supporting software product teams.
- Develop and maintain automation to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security of microservice operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and contribute to operational and architectural improvements focusing on FedRAMP authorized environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in platform, infrastructure, or site reliability engineering with hands-on experience managing public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong skills in Linux system administration, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Experience with observability/monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and infrastructure-as-code.
- Exposure to or familiarity with FedRAMP compliance and authorized cloud environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational ownership of cloud platforms within security-sensitive or compliance-driven contexts.
- Capable of breaking down operational challenges into actionable steps and adapting to evolving environments.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with global teams to improve platform reliability and scalability.
